RICHARD WARNER (B.A., M.A.) AND PAULINE WARNER
Presiding Pastor of Lighthouse Christian Church and Founding President of Lighthouse Christian College, Ps. Richard is a visionary-leader with a passion for a triumphant church in these last days. Richard’s integrity, strong theological base and prophetic edge continues to lead Lighthouse to greater days for God's glory.

Pastor Pauline assists in the areas of Pastoral Care, Women of Worth and general administration. Pauline is exceptionally credible, having served God for most of her life together with Ps. Richard in music, worship, counselling and church leadership.
Pastors Richard and Pauline have 4 adult children and a growing number of grandchildren. Together, they have been serving and leading Lighthouse for over 30 years.

Vaughn is the Assistant Pastor at Lighthouse and comes with several years of extensive ministry experience in various fields, including to the marginalised. Pastor Vaughn heads up our Men's Ministry, he oversees several ministry departments as well as Safer Churches and is the property manager overseeing maintenance of the site and facilities.

Cherrie heads up our Sunday School as coordinator, is one of the chaplains at Lighthouse Christian College.
She has a Diploma in Christian Ministry (Chaplaincy),
and is a Qualified Counsellor.

Vaughn and Cherrie are also actively involved in outreach ministry and together they have two children.

Originally from the Sub-Continent, Pastor Ranjith became a believer in Christ at Lighthouse and has grown in his spiritual life and calling in the church. Pastor Ranjith serves as the church's Missions Director, Business Manager and Board Treasurer of Lighthouse Christian Church.

Pastor Ranjith & Kalpana are very passionate about reaching people for Jesus, both locally and internationally. They travel widely to accomplish God's call on their lives.

Margot fulfills the role of Personal Assistant to Pastor Richard and is one of our assistant pastors. She is also a valued Connect Group Leader and mentors many to grow in Christ. Margot leads our Welcome Ministries, helping people belong and find their place at Lighthouse and she is married to Robert Barnabas

Robert continues to faithfully serve as the Secretary of the Church Board and as a Council Member of Lighthouse Christian College.

Jim and Dianne are valued members and leaders here at Lighthouse and head up our Freedom in Christ course.
They both have a call on their lives to see people set free from bondage and move into a deeper relationship with Jesus. 

Kelvin has grown up in the Lighthouse church and has become a valued member of the church family and is a respected member and leader of the music ministry here at Lighthouse.
Together, he and his anointed team of musicians and singers lead us into the courtrooms of our Heavenly Father to worship Him.
