THE STORY SO FAR

Over the years, we’ve seen God do incredible things in our church.
Lives have been transformed.
Families have found community.
People from many nations and generations have discovered faith in Jesus.

We believe the church exists to help people encounter Christ, grow in their faith, and discover their God-given purpose.
And we are grateful for every story of life change that has happened in this place.
But as we look to the future, we believe God is preparing us for something more.
More people to reach.
More lives to impact.
More opportunities to serve our community.

Why Room To Grow?
As a church, we want to ensure that when people come looking for hope, they find a place where they are welcomed, discipled, and supported.

That means creating environments where:

individuals can find belonging and purpose
The Room To Grow campaign is about preparing our church for that future.
It’s About People

At its heart, this campaign isn’t really about buildings or facilities.
It’s about people.
It’s about the child who discovers faith for the first time.
It’s about the teenager who finds identity and purpose in Christ.
It’s about the family that finds healing and community.
It’s about the person who walks into church feeling lost and discovers the love of Jesus.
Room To Grow is about ensuring that our church can continue to be a place where lives are changed for many years to come.
A Journey We Take Together

Room To Grow is an invitation for our whole church family to step forward in faith together.
Over the coming months, we’re asking everyone to prayerfully consider how they can be part of this next chapter.
Some will contribute through prayer.
Some through serving.
Some through financial generosity.
Every step matters.
Because when we come together as a church family, we can create something that will impact generations to come.

The Masterplan
​
The Masterplan initiative presents a profound opportunity to honour the strength, devotion, and unity that define this congregation, and to express those qualities through architecture that is both bold and graceful. In doing so, the renewed space will not only serve its community, but embody it.
Based on and driven by the church’s vision and purpose, the design incorporates the elements of connection, translucency, lightness, movement and community.
Stages
Our Goal

Our goal for the next 3 years is to raise $950,000 to complete Stage 1, with a combination of congregation giving of $450,000, church contribution of $200,000 and a loan facility of $300,000.
​
We believe that through shared sacrifice, we can reach it together.
​
The giving ladder modelling below shows the number of gifts needed at various levels to meet this target. Some households will make larger gifts, while many others will participate through faithful weekly giving. While gifts will differ in size, we encourage equal sacrifice, not equal gifts. Every contribution matters as we make room to grow.
